I have an echo-230 that needs a new a throttle control how do I replace it. Already have the new part.

How do you actually make the weedeater work??? do i have to hold in a certain button to actually make it start?? or just pull the cord...i have no idea what im doing

When I push the primer bubble, it goes in but no gas fills it up. The bubble stayed in. What do I do?
