Mend Homelite Out Fuel Problem

homelite blower running but cuts out (fuel problem )?

got the above blower but i start it with choke then slowly take choke off but it seems to need choke on so i adjust the airscrew which some times improoves it and i might be able to take to whole choke off. but the adjustment never last long before i need to adjust it again ?
ive stripped the carb to see obvious damage to diaphrams n blockages and replaced the fuel lines but the problem hasnt improoved .
what shold i do next ?????
