You may have a failed or blocked pump, remove the machine from your kitchen unit and lower the drain hose into a bucket and drain off any water in the machine, then you will be able to open the door once all the water has drained out.

If you then start the machine on a spin cyle with the grey oulet hose at floor level it should spin without any problems.

Pumps can be obtained on the internet if you do a search for your make and model and may cost £20 but they are very easy to fit if you know what your doing
