Mend Diplomat ADP8322 Dishwasher Detergent Fix

Diplomat ADP8322 detergent dispenser fails to open?

I have an integrated diplomat dishwasher model number ADP8322 and the detergent dispenser fails to open during the wash cycle. How can I fix this please?

I removed the door and front panel today and found that the wiring plug to the detergent solenoid had come adrift.Refitted plug and hey presto the dispenser is working again.
