How do i fix my ikea renlig dw60 dishwasher?

More and more often when i use my dishwasher when the programme is finished i find the detergent tablet on the floor of the machine almost intact,with the dishes not properly washed because of this.

I had the same problem, when the top rack is in the lower position it prevents the tab flap from opening fully. The tab does not drop out or dissolve fully. When you open the door the tab then falls to the bottom of the machine. This is a design fault. I know put my tab in the cutlery draw.
