Mend Kenmore 158.19412 Replace Removed Ordered

How do I replace my motor belts on my Kenmore 158.19412?

One of the belts broke. We have removed that one and ordered replacements from Sears; had to order both belts as there is nothing to distinguish one from the other. How do I get the second belt back on? The belt still in place is the outer belt; we think the broken belt went on the inside of the wheel, but can't figure out how to get it into place. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the drive belt that goes round the balance wheel? if it is then you will need to take off the balance wheel to get the belt on, undo the small screw on the stop motion wheel, undo the wheel all the way off, take off the three pronged washer, slide the balance wheel off. taking off the top of the machine may help as well.
