Mend iriver H10 Switched Timer Plug

My iriver H10 is frozen how can I fix it?

When switched on the system initializing screen is frozen with the timer spinning and therefore cannot plug it into the computer as it won't read it until this screen disappears.

I have the same problem. No software. iRiver gives no help.

Sorry, missed that you can't connect it to your computer. Try to press the reset button by the lock slider.

Upgrade/reload the firmware using the software on the disc it came with.
