How can I fix my hotpoint wm62?

My machine fills clicks through it's cycle but the drum does not move at all. I have checked the belt and that is fine what do I DO NEXT?

its probably the motor carbon brushes. if the machine drains ok then change the brushes. easy to replace and cheep too
