Best first is to unplug,remove false back inside freezer which houses the fan and evaporator,you will find this blocked with ice,although they are called frost free it's not really as it's hidden behind panel.
Use a hair dryer to get rid of ALL ice ,be patient and do not try to break it off with anything metal as the tubes are wafer thin and if you fracture them, well!!! When it is clear replace and restart.If it doesn't re occur in a couple of weeks it could have been door left ajar which started it or if it does it again itcould be either a faulty defrost timer,element or sensor
