Mcculloch 2.3 ci 38cc Maccat, won't start?

I have a Mcculloch 2.3 ci 38cc Maccat, that won't start. I checked the spark plus it sparks fine. I am not sure if the fuel mixture is correct. Anyone with the manual can you please send a copy or email a copy to me please. Or if you know where to get it online, please let me know. I have tried searching but no luck.
