Mend Hotpoint Frost free Mistral Appliance Temperature Repair

How can I fix my Hotpoint Fridge Freezer Mistral?

My freezer is running fine, but the fridge compartment is not cold, it is show 26 degrees. I have set the fridge to +2, but this has no effect. This happened about a month ago for a few hours and again last night, but this time I can not get the tempiture down again.

Possible blocked evaporator in the back of the freezer as cold air is normally blown up into the fridge.
Best first is to unplug,remove false back inside freezer which houses the fan and evaporator,you will find this blocked with ice,although they are called frost free it's not really as it's hidden behind panel.
Use a hair dryer to get rid of ALL ice ,be patient and do not try to break it off with anything metal as the tubes are wafer thin and if you fracture them, well!!! When it is cear replace and restart.If it doesn't re occur in a couple of weeks it could have been door left ajar which started it or if it does it again itcould be either a faulty defrost timer,element or sensor.
