Mend ICON 23T Water Boiler Fire Combi Heating

ICON 23T -No heat or hot water - Boiler starts to fire up !?

ICON 23T Combi. We have no hot water or Heating.

The boiler fires up when we switch the hot water tap to full but only warm water comes out. Then the boiler flames gives up !

We are in a hard water area. The pipes do have a de scaler inhibator on it.

Wow how long ago?
Anyway if it helps - It depends on a lot of factors; for eg if the boiler's about 10 yrs old and all the relevant sensors check out okay I would then descaling it (plate heat exchanger).
