Ravenheat White Star LS80T - LS100T - No Hot Water?

Hi,

I have the above combi boiler and until recently its been working just fine but recently Ive not managed to get hot water unless i turn the heating on.

I can hear the boiler trying to fire up to give me hot water when i open the tap however nothing actually seems to ignite. If i turn the heating on, then the boiler fires up no problem, i open the hot tap and i get hot water..

Does anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this? many thanks

hi darren, this is a common fault on the ravenheat ,the first thing to check before we start getting technical is the diaphram on the four port valve.most likely split or perished .when you ask the boiler for hot water the flow switch is not activated .its a cheap repair ,purchase diaphram and all associated washes.
