why my computer will not load mp3 player?

i have brought a matsui 512mb mp3 player for my kids and my computer will not load the cd and i cant find the web site for help i have a vista programe would this b the problem HELP

Many hardware manufacturers have yet to write Vista drivers for their products.... I suggest your MP3 player is not Vista compatible at this time ( or maybe never will be)
Take it back to Currys and ask for one that will work on Vista
