1st question would be do any of the other electric windows work? If not then it is likely to be the fuse that has blown check this.
If yes then it could be the switch, I would first check to see if there is a voltage present at the contacts. If there is one you could try removing the switch and shorting the two contacts together to bypass it, if the window still fails to operate and then it is likely to be an issue with the motor or the window itself is jammed.
