Mend Sony SLV-SE700 VCR Repair

Right hand spool brake on VCR Sony SLV-SE700?

This Sony SLV-SE700 VCR has a spring operated white plastic brake assembly for the right hand spool. It slows down the tape on rewinds and its failure means that tapes over-run and snarl up. The plasic riser holding one end of the operating spring has snapped.
Where can I obtain a spare? Is there a component reference?
