Gargen tools, grass trimmer?

My Brushwacker keeps flooding, I have installed a new needle valve, float, float arm and new jets. When the gas is turn on fuel runs out the Carb. intake. I know the float must not be adjusted right. Model: Craftman Brushwacker 636.795451. I've tried serveral settings on the float to now avail, and I don't have a repair manual on this one. Owner manual for Carb. air adjustment and idle. Need some help here. Thank you for your time.
