How do i start up Baxi Combi 105e?

Hi

my boiler, a baxi combi 105e has been switched off for a while and so has the gas. I have tried switching it all back on again to fire up the hot water and central heating but i am not having any look. How do i get the pilot light ignited? I do not have the instruction manual anymore. Is it possible to get a copy? Also there is a light flashing in the front which i believe is the flame failure. I have no experience with this so any help would be greatly appreciated.
