how to repair a pooling/leaking flat roof?

I have had a roof recently fitted and its not only pooling but leaking like a b*tch, I cannot contact the roofers so its gona have to be me, is there a quick option? do I have to re roof? the system is a adhesive system from wicks and it will be a problem to remove?

any answers would be appreciated
