peugout speedfight 2 50cc struggles to start in the mornings?

My sccoter struggles to start first thing in the morning....The Electric strt is dead and nothing at all comes off it, and when I kick start it it takes 15 minutes to kick it in, it,s just had it,s 10,000 mile service spark plug etc etc and it,s not long just had a new exhaust, which seems to be the time I,ve sruggled getting it started....Help!!!!
