its running weak,these are a bit prone to doing this you need to take the carburettor off and clean the jets out with an ultrasonic cleaner of some jet drills,the mixture screw cannot be easily adjusted as it is recessed and also a funny shape and also it only adjusts the mixture up to around 3000 rpm.
