smeg intergrated double oven?

had the same problem, found this post and no solution, but i figured it out.
-Take door off again,
-Get a torch and shine it upward through the left gap where the door hinge goes ...you should see a red micro switch.
- Get a knife and gently push that red switch (wont get an elec shock as the door is metal but do it gently)
-when pressed the main oven light should go out (you can turn the oven on with this switch pressed).
-If loight goes out it means your oven is ok
-Just relocate the door again. Remeber the door doesnt need to be shoved back in as much as you think to get it to lock properly. I must have pushed it in too far before..
-If you push the micro switch (here a little click) and the light wont go off you may have bigger problems.
