my matsui dtr 3 freeview box is not working, how can i fix it?
The box is showing no lights (red or green) and isnt connecting to my tv either. it just seems to have died. it was fine yesterday when i last used it. I have unplugged it checked all the wires, reconnected it etc but no response.
If it has an external power supply you could try replacing it. If you are electronically minded there may be an internal fuse that has blown. Failing that budget boxes are not cost effective to repair so you may as well buy a new one. BTW if it now that old take it back to Cuurys/Dixons. (Matsui is a DSG Own Brand.)
