freeview matsui set up?

I initially connected the cords the wrong way around and ran auto set up so obviously it found nothing, i now have it the right way and cant get the auto set up thing to come back and dont know how to get it to that so i can even do a manual search...?

it just shows a blue screen says RGB or something similiar when you switch on from tv to freeview.
can anyone help??
