I LOVE THIS IRON, WHEN I PLUG IT IN NOW THE CITRINE LIGHT COMES ON BUT NO HEAT, ANYONE HAV ANY IDEAS ON PROBLEM. IF ANYONE HAS A WORKING ONE TO SELL LET ME KNOW @ dora_daley@yahoo.com. Best iron, so light!! I believe it is a discontinued item and I can't find it anywhere for sale

I have the Easy Steam 516 which is THE BEST iron I've ever had. It never spit or stained my clothing until NOW. I was hoping to find another one like it but I see from your question, that it also must be discontinued. I couldn't find it on Norelco's website......so now the search begins to find another spitless iron. Wish me luck. Suzanne in Louisiana
