Mend Flavel Finesse 100 Gas Oven Work

why does the gas hobs and the electric oven work but the combi oven NOT?

My Flavel Finesse 100 was working for roughly a week. since then we can only use the 8 gas rings and the left side (grill and fan oven) but not the right hand gas/electric oven or clock! please help
