Mend hYGENA 910G Oven Grill Appliance

hYGENA CLASSIC 910G OVEN AND GRILL?

After cooking food under the grill I stupidly left the grillon with the door closed until the fire alarm went off. The gas on the grill and the oven which I was cooking wnet out, now i cannot get any spark or gas on either although the fans still work/What has gone wrong?

its a safety cut off switch but i dont know where i have the same problem. a british gas engineer repaired it once but now when other engineers come out they dont know where
