Can I replace the Door seal on my Scandinova freezer door?

The door seal on the freezer compartment of my Scandinova fridge/freezer (model no. FF6745D) has split and the bottom of my freezer is icing up. Can I replace the seal only (if so how?) or do I have to replace the whole door?

I had to replace the whole door as the seal is part of the unit.
(PS Keep the door handles are they are £25 each to replace)
