Mend Beko CDA563F Freezer Frost Free Fridge

how can i fix my beko frost free f.freezer model cda 563 f?

my beko frost free fridge freezer will not freeze anything in the fast freeze compartment,the fan is working, but not sure if it on all the time.all the other freezer compartments work ok, although ice forms on inside,anyone help.?

only thing you can try is to manually defrost it ALL for 24hrs leaving all the doors open slightly and then restart the appliance and see what happens
