Mend Peugeot Speedfighter 2 100cc Immobiliser

How can I fix my Peugeot Speedfighter 2 100cc V reg?

Scooter not starting. Replaced spark plug and coil. Can I bypass the immobiliser or re-code it as I have both red and black keys? The immobiliser is square and is the only thing I can think to try. Bought it as a non-runner and was told it was the immobiliser.
