How to remove VW Sharan 1996 Door panels without breaking yellow clips?

Hi!

I 've got a 1996 2.0l Sharan on LPG and Petrol. I just bought new door panels/cards, because my old ones were rubbish. After rermoving first car I found that all clips were still in the car. How do I remove them without breaking them?

I have pulled these clips out with long nose pliers. You need something that can grab them on both sides and then just pull/lever them out.
