One of my two secondary control panels stopped functioning, the main panel and the alarm are still functioning normally. The buttons are simply dead although the tamper and power leds still work,apart from the leds only the 7,8,9 and numbers are beeping when i press them. What can i do? replace the panel?

try re scanning keypads
enter engineer code then 09
keypads that are offline will flash on zone numbers.
press prog ro scan for keypads.
then press reset
if this dosent work then looks like a new keypad.
