Mend Potterton Puma 80 Boiler Heating Faulty

pilot light on potterton puma 80 keeps going out?

the pilot light on my puma 80 keeps going out, the heating woks fine untill u ask for hot water, a few seconds after turning the tap on the boiler and pilot light go out, if you relight it the water warms upfine then it all goes off again when the tap is turned off, it has been doing this 4 months, any help would be gratefully recieved.

Potterton Potterton Puma 80 Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Heating Faulty

I had the same problem a couple of years ago the diverter valve had to be replaced there is a bit inside that should come forward and hit a micro switch but if it is sticking or slow to come out this will cause pilot to go out as boiler protects itself and shuts off.
