Mend Worcester 24i Combi Boiler Heat Water Works Help

my worcester 24i combi boiler will only heat in spurts?

my worcester 24i doesnt always heat the water up. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt - can you help?

sounds like domestic hot water heat exchanger may be scaled up . if water runs hot and cold on long draw off this could be the problem.you can sometimes descale but this is usually a sign of a dirty system
