How do I balance my washer?

Our washer is shaking out of control on spin cycles. Kenmore 70 series. How do we fix it? I know it needs balances, just don't know how.

check the legs underneath most appliancs have screwable legs. just level machine then screw or unscrew legs till machine is stable that should work
