Mend Hotpoint TL22 Tumble Dryer Repair

Hotpoint Tumble Dryer heating clothes slightly - but not enough!?

I was all proud after changing the belt in my Hotpoint TL22 tumble dryer, and getting the thing back together again. However, now the dryer is not heating as well as it used to before the belt change. Anybody any idea why it would only heat slightly?

Well after a bit of time - the drier started to heat properly again. The only thing I can think of was that the heater was a bit clogged with all the dust that was about.
