Mend Fonderie Sime Forte Combi Boiler Heating Troubleshooting

Combi Boiler only heating water when the heating is on?

Our Fonderie Sime Combi Boiler will only heat the water when the heating is on. If it is off the boiler will not fire up for the water. The boiler works fine on the radiators. Please help
