question on wiring for a suprima 50?

yep but you have to also wire back to the pump

its says the pump wiring should be routed throughthe hole in the base of rear coverthrough the cable clamp and connected to the terminal connection?
so do i remove existing wiring from pump to terminal or just add the 3 core to the pump along with existing wiring
