Mend Baxi 105e Boiler Fault Fan

how can fix my baxi combi instant boiler 105e?

the little LED's are lit up to show that theres no flame, theres a fault on the fan or flue and the safety thermostat has been activated....
im not sure wheher the central heating works, but i know or sure theres no hot water!
apparently all i need to do is re-ignite it, but im not sure how....
ive managed to rip the front panel off, but i cant see anything inside (that i understand anyway)

boiler works fine for 2 weeks. then there is a sudden loss of pressure. there are no leaks there is still air in the expansion vessel. charge it up with the loop filler and it works fine. can the divert valve leak from the heating circuit into the hot side of the system

the e means it is an electronic boiler and thus has no pilot , reset the boiler
