Mend Indesit W103UK Washing Machine Filling Cycle

how can i stop my washing machine Indiset W103UK from filling all the time?

Indiset W103 washing machine continues to fill though out the cycle. I have tested the presure switch which seems to be working. If I shut off only the cold water supply it stops filling.
Is it a faulty cold water solenoid valve, Is there a way of testing this?
