Hotpoint WF 240, staying on wash costantly?

Thanks for the advice Phil, I'm really diy minded so do you think i could change the element myself? And do you know how much they cost?

yes you can they are quite cheap from good parts shops
also easy to change. get the part (i suppose youve checked to see if its faulty)and email me and i will go through it with you
