Mend Servis Red Button Stuck

servis fridge red button?

help, i pushed the red button on my servis fridge, the button is located in the middle of the thermostat, when i pushed it it sounded like the fridge turned off, but the button does not push aint its pushed in and wont come out

It is a button for defrosting your fridge. If you do nothing it will pop out in about 30 minutes or so, and it will start up your fridge again all by itself.

hi, just happened to me...
same thing, pushed the red button, when i pushed it; it sounded like the fridge turned off, but the button wont come out
tryed to turn it off and on (like almost everything wll work again) but nothing change
