Mend Smeg DW1612c Instruction Book Moved

Where can I get an instruction book for my Smeg DW1612c dishwasher?

We have recently moved and inherited a Smeg DW1612c dishwasher. First of all I would like to find an instruction book.
Secondly occasionally it doesn't always take all the soap powder from the dispenser which leaves the dishes streaky.
