I ran the waverunner 700 out of oil and it quit. I refilled it and now it sounds different and won't start. Do I need to do something with the oil after I add it?
no the engine is not seized up it turns over good.

I have a waverunner 650 that has been sitting up for sometime ,the motor turns over good and the spark plugs are fireing ,there sems to be no gas getting the carb,the engine will not start up,

its probaly sized u will need new pistons if ur lucky dont be trying to start it anymore!
