how can i find heater fuse?

The fuse will be in the fusebox for the fan, probably under the steering column. The fam motor itself will have a rheostat. This is a card with a series of painted tracks of different resistances to give the different fan speeds, these can also burn out. For the N15 almera this in mounted on the fan itself but i have known other makes to have them mounted elsewhere, it will possibly be in a duct where it is kept cool.
