best way to check that is to remove your shower headand tur your shower to hot - it should be a dribble
then turn to cold - it should be fast.

if not and the hot setting is the same as the cold both running fast then your flow stabilizer is faulty.


if your fitting a new shower try to stick with triton then you know the cable and water feed are on the right.
