Mend Ceiling Switch Wire

I need to replace an existing ceiling fan/ light switch?

I have some old wiring in the wall with 3 black wires and one white my new switch has a red white green and black wire. how do i know which one is the ground, fan, light and hot

You will need a professional sparky to identify the correct wires. I would suggest using the niceic website. Please don`t try to identify them yourself - the risk to yourself, your family & your home isn`t worth it.
