water will not empty?

empty as much water as you can by hand, then you must turn machine on its side, look underneath at bottom of drum there will be a soft ridged rubber pipe itll be connected by a metal ring , you will need mole grips or pliers to remove it, my guess is you will find either a small sock or underwear, this pipe leads to your filter & if blocked no water will be able to drain, once youve removed blockage reconnect pipe stand machine up & try draining.good luck
