Mend Cold Water Tap

Stiff cold water tap?

My bath cold water tap is become so stiff it's almost impossible to turn (on or off). I have no access to the underside of the tap as the bath panel is fully tiles with no accees panel! How can I lossen it?

If it's stiff then it's probably turned on..

isolate the cold water.
strip the tap head down and clean then put some silicone grease on the valve and replace.
