Mend Ford Focus Blower Working Works

How do I fix a Ford Focus Blower only working on No.4 setting?

My Ford Focus 1.6 Ghia Blower only works on 4th setting.
1,2 and 3 settings do not work. How can I fix?

The fans resistor is nackered,it is located under the passengers footwell. Remove the upper piece of carpet and it is a blue piece of plastic held in by a screw next to the fan unit.
